Personal Information Protection Policy

2. This company obtains personal information through legal and honest means, it does not acquire it through fraudulent methods. Additionally when acquiring personal information, the purpose of its use will be made clear in writing or declared on this company’s website.
3. This company will make every effort to confirm that if it acquires personal information indirectly that the source it is acquiring from has obtained the information in a legal fashion (the individual’s has given approval or that there are “dropout” measures in place).

6) In order to ensure the smooth operation of this companies goods and services, customer’s personal information will be sent to this company’s consignment subcontractors
7) In order to design and plan this company’s global marketing campaigns, this company’s and related company’s member’s personal information will be shared
8) In order to calculate member commissions, member’s and customer’s personal information will be shared with affiliated companies.
9) In the event of an inquiry from the courts, police or other conforming public organization personal information will be shared
10) Additional matters related to the above
6. All rational safety measures have been taken and this company has implemented all other necessary measures to ensue that there is no unauthorized access to or loss, destruction, falsification or leakage of personal information.
7. When this company is conducting business on consignment and it is entrusting to its consignees personal information held by the company, it will investigate whether the consignee corresponds to the standards established by the company, and will conclude a contract with the consignee based on the recommended requirements of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry guidelines and will take all necessary measures required in the eyes of the law.
8. In order to use for the previously stated purposes, the personal information of its customers and members that is kept by this company, personal information for the items mentioned below may be sent electronically, by post, through a FAX or other means and offered to a third party, however if the individual concerned desires it, this provisioning of information will immediately cease.
1) Name, address, date of birth, gender, telephone number, mobile phone number, FAX number, email address, employer, employer’s telephone number, employer’s address, financial institute account number, credit card number, member number and other information entered during registration.
2) Items related to commission ( Amount of money, PV/GV, title, payment period, details)
3) Items related to the shipment and return of product (Number of product ordered, invoice amount, shipping address, product purchase history)
4) Items related to procedures for cancellation or alteration (address, telephone number, name, sponsor’s name, placement name, reason for alteration, reason for cancellation)
9. This company may share with its affiliates, items of personal information kept by the company shown below for the purposes shown below.

Name, address, date of birth, gender, telephone number, mobile phone number, FAX number, email address, employer, employer’s telephone number, employer’s address, financial institute account number, credit card number, member’s number, other information entered during registration, commission amounts, PV/GV, title, payment period, commission details, number of product ordered, invoice amount, shipping address, product purchase history, reason for alteration, reason for cancellation, this company’s, credit obligations, amount of debt, applicable credit, reason for debt generation

Purpose of use when jointly used: The same use as noted in item 5
When used jointly the name of the party responsible for the management of the personal data is the same as that listed in item 10 below.
10. Should this company receive a request from the individual him/herself or an authorized representative of the individual about the intended use of his or her personal information or its disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of, discontinuance of use or erasure of , or a request to cease disclosure to third parties, the identity of the individual or his or her representative will first be confirmed, the existence of a reason checked without delay, and should there be a reason for the requested it will be immediately honored. Should an individual make a request as listed above he/she should obtain this company’s standardized request form from the contact listed below and fill in all pertinent sections as defined by this company and then send the completed form by either FAX or email to the contact shown below. Should the request come from a representative of the individual in question he/she should attach proof of his/her relationship with the individual or proof of representative rights and send these documents along with the standardized request form. Additionally please note that any request for notification of intended use or disclosure will generate a handling charge as set by this company.
